PHILL RICHARDSON – CHAIRMAN
Phill has been involved with the Beavan for many years now and in many different capacities however he currently resides as our Chair.
Phill has been in Scouting for many years and has held many different positions such as CSL, BSL, SL, GSL, DDC, ESL – YL’s, DC and he is now the District Explorer Scout Commissioner of West Wirral.
